It uses the bob-bombs dropping from the pipe and either the turtle or the Spikey dude that drops down from the top. Either way just find the hidden unbreakable block (Do not blow up with bob-bomb) and throw the turtle in and watch the bombs fall and give you lives! Enjoy!
